I'm sending as a gift. Do you include prices in your packaging?

Items are packaged beautifully with gift-giving in mind, however I do include an invoice with each order that includes the purchase price.

I would be happy to remove the invoice and/or include a personalized note with your order, please enter your message into the "add a note to your order" section located on the cart page below your items. Or contact me with your order number and the message you would like to include.

What kind of paper do you print on?

All images are professionally printed on organic cotton paper with a soft textured finish.

As I believe in putting quality first, you can expect outstanding results when you order a print from my print shop.

How are the prints packaged?

For print sizes under 11x14, prints are placed in a cello sleeve with backing board. They are shipped in sturdy flat mailers.

For print sizes above 16x20, prints are rolled and shipped in a cardboard tube.

When will I receive my order?

All unframed art prints will ship from the studio 7-10 business days after purchase.

After items are shipped, you will be sent a link with up-to-date delivery details so you will be able to check on your package as it makes it's way to you. US orders generally arrive in 5-7 days after shipment. International orders generally arrive within 2-3 weeks but can occasionally take up to one full month.

If you would like to request rushed processing times, please contact me prior to placing your order.

What should I do if my package has been lost?

If you have a package that was marked as delivered but you have not yet received it, I ask you take the following steps:

  • - Check with your neighbors or front office (if applicable) to see if the package was left there
  • - Reach out to your local post office.
  • - Contact me at lana@stateofapril.com and include your order number.

I kindly ask that you report your lost or stolen shipment within 10 days of the marked delivery date.

What is your return policy?

I have a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. Should you be unhappy with your order for any reason I will happily take it back for a refund or exchange within 7 days of you receiving your items. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping will not be charged for returned items as a result of damage in transit or wrong item shipped.

* Made to order frames cannot be exchanged or returned, but if there’s a problem with your order please reach out to me at lana@stateofapril.com and I will be happy to assist you.

All final sales items are not eligible for return.
